Hyperactive Personal Fitness Training Online

Our goal is to meet you at your current health and fitness starting point, and to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals. We do this by getting a snapshot of your current health and fitness status via our online questionnaires and screening tools, conducting a detailed follow up phone consultation, and then tailoring a training program specifically to suit you. From there, we provide regular individual follow up and monitoring, ongoing support and encouragement, and program updates in line with your health and fitness progression.

Getting started with Hyperactive Personal Fitness Training online is easy! Simply fill out our online questionnaires and screening tools and we'll contact you. Alternatively, if you have queries and/or special needs and want to discuss your health and fitness with us first then email us at info@hyperactivefitness.com.au and we'll contact you.

We will customise your training program around not just your current health and fitness status and goals, but also your likes and dislikes in terms of physical activities, and any special needs you may have.

Program Inclusions

  • Initial phone consultation (before or after completion of our online questionnaires and screening tools) aimed at getting to know you personally, and gathering additional relevant information to assist us in developing your personalised training program.
  • Development of an initial six week training program, incorporating an appropriate mix of cardio and resistance training sessions, which capitalises on your strengths, accommodates your weaknesses, and focusses on your short, medium and longer term health and fitness goals.
  • Follow up phone consultations to discuss your training program and any amendments that may be necessary.
  • Weekly phone consultation (at a mutually convenient time) to discuss progress, answer questions, provide support and feedback.
  • Unlimited email support.
  • Access to all Hyperactive Personal Fitness Training's health and fitness fact sheets and resources.
  • Access to Hyperactive Personal Fitness Training's monthly HYPE! e-newsletter.
  • End of six week program phone consultation to discuss next training program and/or further action.

Cost

$200 per six week program incorporating all the above inclusions. Payment required in advance.
